Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped into florets
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth

- 1 onion, diced

- 2 cans diced tomatoes (14.5 oz cans)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and dried basil.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and carefully blend the mixture until smooth.
Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
